Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other outbound channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, and Operations Heads
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Track progress against sales targets and pipeline health
- Qualify opportunities based on scope, timeline, and feasibility
2. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and challenges
- Analyze business problems and align them with suitable IT solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define scope and deliverables
3. Proposal Development & Deal Closure
- Prepare tailored proposals and solution presentations
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
- Strong understanding of software development services and digital solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently
- Experience in outbound sales (LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong consultative selling and problem-solving approach
